PGP, Phantom, and PT Xtreme Rebuild Kits
PGP Rebuild Kits
We offer two different valve rebuild kits. One for the Component Valve System and one for the Cartridge Valve System. If you are unsure of which valve kit to order, please visit the How-to section of our page.
The component valve rebuild kit includes two O-rings (012 and 014) and a face seal. The cartridge valve kit includes three O-rings (112, 113 and 016) and a face seal.
Face seals are hand made from 1/16" thick 80 Duro Abrasion-Resistant Polyurethane Rubber and are cut to 3/8" OD. This makes for an extremely durable and long life for these seals, which are one of the more common problems to run across with older markers.
The PGP Face seals are also offered in a 5-Pack.
Phantom Rebuild Kit
Phantom Rebuild kits include one cup seal replacement, one Phantom style bucket changer 12g pierce pin/face seal and 2 O-rings (Size 113).
The bucket style pierce pin/face seals are also offered in a 5-pack.
PT Xtreme Rebuild Kit
The PT Xtreme Rebuild kit has been specially designed and developed for the PT Xtreme. It includes the first of its kind, 2-part pierce pin seal designed, tested and developed entirely by PGP Junkies. Please visit the How-to videos section of my website for a tutorial video on how to rebuild the valves on these unique markers. The price is a little higher due to the complex nature of the kit and number of elements.
Bolt Rebuild Kits
Replacement O-Ring and detents kit. Kit includes two 1/4" bearings and spring to replace or repair your current detents as well as a replacement O-ring to replace the commonly worn out O-Ring which provides a seal between the bolt and barrel.
Two options are available. High and Low tension:
High Tension is most likely to hold your bolt closed and in place when firing one-handed. However, because of the pressure it exerts on the bolt tube, this can result in increased wear over time and "stiffer" cycling. These springs have a maximum load of 6.25 lbs and a spring rate of 28 lb/inch.
Low Tension will hold your bolt in place when running and when the marker is pointed upwards, but is not strong enough to hold the bolt closed while firing one-handed. However, it does result in less wear/tear on the bolt tube and is easier to cycle. These springs have a maximum load of 3.75 lbs and a spring rate of 12.5 lb/inch
